Cancellation Policy

I am understanding, and I realize that things come up and “life” happens. Please give a 24-hour notice or more prior to canceling your appointment to give me time to fill your slot. Please make sure you are on time for your appointment. If more than 15min late you will need to reschedule(unless I’m able to still fit you in without interfering with another client’s appointment) If you did not book a detangle service, please show up with your hair shampoo bowl ready, free of tangles/twists or plaits otherwise there will be a detangling and or takedown charge. As a stylist it’s crucial that I respect everyone’s time and stay on task. My goal is to get you in and out with little to no wait. ☺️
